Anindita Singh

Anindita is responsible for developing, managing and implementing of 3ie’s human resource processes and policies across all offices.

She has more than 13 years of work experience in a variety of organisations, including, as human resources manager for the Asia office at International Center for Research on Women. Anindita has also worked with WWF-India, Anand Rathi Securities Ltd and Synergy Softwares, amongst other organisations. Anindita has a master’s in business administration, with a specialisation in Human Resources and Information Systems from Northern Institute of Integrated Learning in Management - Centre for Management Studies, New Delhi.
