Ashley Reeves has a diverse work experience, starting as a Market Researcher for Five by Fifty in 2009. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at OSMii. Then, from 2014 to 2016, they were the Global Partnerships Manager at Citrus Technology. In 2016, they became the Head Of Sales Operations at WoraPay, a fintech company. In 2019, they joined DECENT as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Currently, they are the Head Of Asia Pacific at 3IPK, starting in 2022.

Ashley Reeves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computing from the University of Surrey. Furthermore, Ashley has completed a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ashley has obtained various certifications.
