Jelena Radanović has seven years of work experience. Jelena started in 2011 as a Junior Researcher and Lab Manager at the Laboratory for Experimental Psychology at the University of Novi Sad. In 2012, they became a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Psychology at the University of Novi Sad. In 2014, they Co-Founded and became a Project Manager at Center for Research, Education, and Development iNOVA. In 2015, they became a Project Coordinator at Association of Science Communicators NauKom and a Junior Researcher and Project Coordinator/Administrator at Horizon 2020 projects EU project 653811 CITYCoP and EU project 653748 CARISMAND at the University of Novi Sad. In 2017, they became a Lead Producer, Producer and Project Coordinator at 3Lateral doo Novi Sad and a Project Manager at Studio for Digital Content Production Odegra.

Jelena Radanović earned their Master's Degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2011. Jelena is currently a PhD candidate in the same field at the same university.
