Alicia Martínez

Alicia Martínez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Operations Leader at 3M since February 2024. Previously, Alicia held roles at Emma – The Sleep Company as a Senior People Partner Manager for the Americas and as a People Partner Manager for the Americas. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Officer at iCOVER, where responsibilities encompassed the HR Value Chain and payroll auditing processes, and as a People Partner-HRBP at Bolt, providing coaching to business leaders on HR issues.
