Asraf Bhugaloo

Asraf Bhugaloo is currently the SVP and General Auditor at 3M. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, Internal Audit at Kellogg Company from May 2020 to August 2021. Before Kellogg, Asraf was at DXC Technology from April 2017 to December 2019 where they were the Assistant Corporate Controller, Global Internal Controls & SOX. At DXC Technology, they were responsible for managing operational and financial risks, implementing and executing the end-to-end SOX Compliance Program, closing policies and procedures gaps, driving process improvement opportunities and harmonization initiatives across three different legacy companies.

Prior to DXC Technology, Asraf was the Region Controller - Middle East & Africa at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to March 2017 and at HP from April 2010 to October 2015. Before HP, Asraf was the Chief Audit Executive at 3Com from October 2009 to April 2010.

Asraf began their career as a Partner at Control Solutions International from May 2000 to October 2009.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Management Studies at the University of Leeds, Asraf Bhugaloo became a Chartered Accountant through the ICAEW.
