Claudia Ruiz M is an experienced Trade Compliance professional with a strong background in customs and international trade management. Currently serving as Trade Compliance Manager for 3M since January 2021, Claudia defines compliance strategies, identifies trade risks, and develops internal controls to ensure adherence to laws and regulations across all Mexico sites. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Regional Customs and Trade Manager for North America Operations at BENTELER Group, where responsibilities included influencing regional supply chain strategies and managing compliance initiatives. Claudia's career began at Refa Mexicana S.A de C.V., where expertise in purchasing management and the management of international transportation operations was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UPAEP.
