Deana Jones

Deana Jones is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Plant HR Supervisor at 3M since June 2025, Deana collaborates with campus leadership to make informed HR decisions, utilizing expertise in leadership, employee relations, coaching, compensation, benefits, training, and HRIS systems. Previously, Deana held positions including Senior Human Resources Generalist/Advisor at Donaldson and multiple roles at Wahl Clipper Corporation, such as Human Resources Information System Analyst and Employee Relations and Training Manager. Earlier career milestones include a Human Resources Coordinator role at Menards, Inc., Benefits Manager at Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, and Compensation and Employment Analyst at Space Imaging. Deana holds a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and dual MAs in Human Resources Management and Management from Webster University.
