Ghulam Jafferi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise release management, quality testing, and data management at 3M, where tenure began in January 2011. Ghulam has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Enterprise Release Management and Quality Testing Management and Director of Master Data Management, guiding global teams to enhance master data governance and analytics solutions. Prior to 3M, Ghulam served as Senior Consultant and President at Sana Services Inc. and held various technical and managerial positions at Norstan Communications.
