Holly Maudsley

Holly (Hansen) Maudsley is an accomplished engineering professional with over 25 years of experience at 3M, currently serving as the ASD Pilot Laboratory Manager, overseeing experimental and commercial production lines for the Abrasives Systems Division. Previous roles include Advanced Product Engineering Specialist, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer, among others, where Holly contributed significantly to new product development, process optimization, and operational improvements. Active in professional organizations, Holly is involved with the Society of Women Engineers in various leadership capacities and served on the PLTW Community Advisory Group. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
