Jackie Grochowalski

Jackie Grochowalski, MBA, has a robust background in identity and access management and security engineering, currently serving as a Senior Identity and Access Management Leader at 3M. Previously, Jackie held multiple roles at MassMutual, including Head of Identity and Access Management and Security Engineering, Head of Identity and Access Management, and Information Risk Director. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Security Administration and Desktop Support at Barings, along with positions as Associate Director and Analyst at Babson Capital Management. Jackie earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Bay Path University between January 2017 and November 2021 and holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Management from the same institution, completed in 2015.
