Jamaal Crayton

Jamaal Crayton is an accomplished technology and strategy leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Commercialization at 3M since June 2025, Jamaal previously held the position of Global Director of Digital Strategy at Terex Corporation, where strategic direction for the Genie business was shaped to achieve sustainable growth. At Eaton, Jamaal excelled as the Senior Manager of Product Management (IoT), focusing on customer-centric solutions and ecosystem development. Jamaal's career at Caterpillar Inc. spanned 15 years, during which multiple managerial roles in IoT strategy and sales were undertaken. As the Founder and CEO of ZeroWearables, Jamaal successfully developed and launched the world's first "Smart Hat," showcasing leadership in product development and market strategy. Earlier experience includes a role as IT Systems Specialist II at Ameren and an educational background with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University.
