Jayanand Kaginalkar

Jayanand Kaginalkar has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, primarily within 3M since July 2007, currently serving as the Lean Value Stream Director for the Safety and Industrial Business Group in Asia. Jayanand has held various leadership roles at 3M, including Director of Lean Six Sigma for Asia Pacific, Executive Director of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Lean Six Sigma at 3M India, and Vice President of Manufacturing, contributing to substantial improvements in operational efficiency and strategic planning. Prior experience includes positions at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd as General Manager of Operations, and Sandvik as Production Manager, along with early career tenure at Bosch. Jayanand holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
