Kathi Mishek

Kathi Mishek is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital capabilities, eCommerce, and integrated marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Global Safety & Industrial Director for Commerce Services at 3M since January 2010, Kathi has been instrumental in enhancing customer experiences through digital operations. Previous roles within 3M include USAC Marketing Activation Manager and Master Black Belt in Lean Agile practices. Prior to 3M, Kathi owned Mishek Integrated Marketing, focusing on strategic planning and digital product development, and held significant positions at Gartner Studios and Jostens, where Kathi managed online product development and launched innovative digital solutions. Kathi's career also includes a background in marketing communications at Hallmark Cards and Monsanto Company. Kathi's educational foundation comes from St. Catherine University.
