Kathryn Johnson Coleman

Kathryn Johnson Coleman is the Senior Vice President of Talent, Learning & Insights at 3M. Kathryn has been with the company since March 2011 and in their current role since January 2021. Prior to their current role, they were the Vice President of Strategy and Culture and was responsible for leading the strategy development for the global human resources organization and securing executive sign off. Kathryn was also part of the enterprise team leading organizational/cultural transformation, including rewiring of talent processes, practices and policies. Kathryn has also held positions at SUPERVALU and the University of Minnesota.

Kathryn Johnson Coleman holds a PhD in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota. Kathryn also has a M.A. in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Psychology from Macalester College. Kathryn is certified from Scrum.org in Professional Agile Leadership.
