Kelly Bysouth

Kelly Bysouth is a seasoned executive in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at 3M since May 2023. Prior to this role, Bysouth held key leadership positions, including Chief Supply Chain Officer at IAC Group from September 2018 to May 2023 and Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at Adient from November 2016 to September 2018. Bysouth’s extensive career at Johnson Controls spanned nearly two decades, featuring roles such as Group Vice President of Global Procurement and Executive Director of Purchasing, among others. Earlier experience includes a position as Buyer at Ford Motor Company. Bysouth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
