Oliver Griffin

Oliver Griffin has over 19 years of experience in IT infrastructure and telecom management, currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure - Network & Telecom at 3M since September 2004. With a strong background in leading high-performing global teams and managing significant transformation and lifecycle programs, Oliver has successfully executed major initiatives such as the transition of 3M’s Healthcare business to a separate company with a $9 billion value. Previous roles at 3M include Global Program Lead and various managerial positions in network and telecom, with responsibilities encompassing budget management, agile project delivery, and the implementation of innovative solutions in the EMEA region. Oliver holds a BSc in Anatomical Science from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Information Technology from the University of the West of England.
