Rachael Connor has a diverse range of work experience. Rachael began their career in the healthcare industry, working as a Pharmacy Technician for The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust from 1992 to 1998. Rachael then moved on to AAH Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Customer Products Manager for ten years. In 2008, Rachael joined 3M as an eCommerce Manager for their Healthcare business, responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategies. Rachael later took on the role of Market Efficiency Manager, driving understanding of healthcare customer quality and efficiency initiatives. Rachael also led the eCommerce and CRM workstream as part of SAP Business Transformation. Most recently, they have been with 3M as the EMEA Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for process improvement, and as the EMEA Customer Experience & Sales District Pillar Lead.
Rachael Connor completed their education in the field of business management. Rachael first attended The Open University from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Management. Rachael further pursued their studies at the same institution, receiving a Post Grad Diploma in Business Management from 2007 to 2008. Recently, from 2018 to 2022, Rachael completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
