Rashaad Rasberry

Rashaad Rasberry is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at 3M since September 2021, Rashaad is dedicated to improving lives through scientific innovation. Previously, Rashaad worked at Amazon Web Services from March 2021 to September 2021, focusing on customer-centric cloud solutions, and held the position of Regional Talent Acquisition Lead at Accenture from 2013 to 2021, where strategic capabilities in digital and cloud services were emphasized. Additionally, Rashaad contributed to TEKsystems as a Talent Recruiter/Account Manager from 2011 to 2013 and served in the athletics departments at Kennesaw State University and The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2011. Rashaad holds a Bachelor's Degree from Iowa State University, a Master's Degree from Liberty University, and a certification in Real Estate Sales & Brokerage from Champions School of Real Estate.
