Steven vander Louw

Steven Vander Louw has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and electronics sectors, with significant positions at 3M from January 2020 to January 2025. As President of the Display and Electronics Product Platform, Steven formulated strategic road maps and managed P&L to drive revenue growth. Additionally, in the role of President of the Electronic Materials Solutions Division, Steven was instrumental in developing new businesses and technologies for semiconductor and consumer electronics, with a focus on sales growth and operational efficiency. Steven also served as President of the Oral Care Solutions Division. Educationally, Steven holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University and a BA in International Management and Chemistry from Saint John's University.
