Tara Jordan

Tara Jordan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Packaging Engineering Manager at 3M since August 2011, Tara leads a team that provides critical packaging data and documentation across various business sectors in the US and Canada. Previous roles include Accounts Payable Sourcing Supervisor at 3M, where responsibilities included managing compliance with industry standards and leading payables improvement initiatives, as well as positions at Interplastic Corporation, PDI Ninth House, and US Bank, where Tara contributed to financial analysis, reporting, and operations management. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business.
