Ori Rosen

Ori Rosen has worked in a variety of roles in the legal and business sectors. Ori began their career in 1984 as a Senior Advisory Officer for the Judge Advocate General's Headquarters in the Israeli Defense Forces. In 1990, they moved to Steptoe & Johnson LLP as an International Associate. In 1993, they became a Senior Partner at Danziger, Klagsbald, Rosen & Co. Law Offices, where they founded and led the firm's high-tech and venture capital practices. In 2005, they founded Ori Rosen & Co. Law Offices, a boutique law firm, where they advised numerous privately held and publicly traded start-up and high-tech companies. In 2011, they became the CEO and Chairman of Genesis Energy Group Limited, an oil and gas exploration company. In 2017, they became an Investor at BlueRibbon Software. In 2018, they became the Founder and CEO of Coretext Technologies, a B2B SaaS company. Finally, in 2021, they became a Partner in the Corporate & High-tech Practices at Meitar Law Offices.

Ori Rosen obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Tel Aviv University in 1984, majoring in Business/Commerce, General. Ori then obtained a Master of Laws - LLM from Tel Aviv University in 1990, majoring in Contracts Law. After that, they obtained a Master of Laws - LLM from the University of Michigan Law School in 1990, majoring in Commercial Law. Ori became a Member of the Israeli Bar in March 1986 and a Member of the New York State Bar in 1991.
