Sarah Barillaro

Sarah Barillaro has a diverse work experience in various leadership and development roles. Sarah currently serves as the Chief People Officer at 3Play Media. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of Hacking HR's Experts Council at Hacking HR. Sarah has also held roles at Brightcove, Global Partners LP, John Hancock Investments, John Hancock, and Crate and Barrel. Throughout their career, Sarah has focused on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Sarah has led teams, developed strategies, and implemented programs to attract, develop, and retain talented employees.

Sarah Barillaro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Art History from Skidmore College. Sarah later pursued their MBA at Simmons School of Management from 2005 to 2006.
