Jennifer Hobbs

Jennifer Hobbs is a seasoned professional with a robust background in recruitment and education. Currently serving as a Recruiter at 3PRO, a Method360 Company in Dallas, Texas since January 2022, Jennifer focuses on improving relationships and business practices through an understanding of bias and behavior. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Sourcer at The First Tee of Northwest Florida, where the mission centered on fostering character development in children through golf and life skills. Jennifer has also held positions as Tournament & Event Director, English Language Arts Teacher, and Marketing Communications Specialist, contributing to diverse fields including education and marketing. Jennifer holds a Master of Education from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Bowling Green State University.
