Ryan Belanger

Ryan Belanger has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Ryan started their career in 2006 as a Hardware/Software Engineer at Datacom Systems and then worked at Exelis (now part of Harris Corporation) as an Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer III. In 2008, they joined SUNY Polytechnic Institute as a Computer Science - Adjunct Instructor and simultaneously worked at Saab Sensis Corporation as a Hardware Design Engineer IV. Ryan then moved to Honeywell in 2010 and held roles as a Software Engineer III and Software Engineer IV (Core Innovation). In 2012, they co-founded nCk Research LLC where they served as the Director until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Ryan worked at BittWare, a Molex company, as a Technical Director. Currently, they are working at 3rd Eye as the Director, Hardware and Firmware, and has recently taken up the role of Director Of Engineering.

Ryan Belanger has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology / Computer Science from the same institution in 2003. Ryan also holds an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have certifications as a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2019, and as a Design for Six Sigma - Greenbelt from Honeywell, obtained in 2012.
