Joost Koning

Joost Koning is an experienced consultant at 3Rivers since December 2022 and serves as the creator and host of the podcast "Joost Mag Het Weten" with BM (Broadcast Magazine) since 2019. In this role, Joost conducts research, edits, and hosts the podcast, focusing on interviews with successful individuals in the creative sector to provide insights for youth interested in media. Additionally, Joost has worked as a documentary maker, exploring pressing questions related to inappropriate behavior, inclusivity, and the challenges of performance culture, resulting in a four-part documentary series featuring various experts. Prior to these roles, Joost operated as a self-employed drum teacher from 2015 to 2017. Joost's academic background includes a Master's in Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and an HBO bachelor's in Acting from Toneelacademie Maastricht.
