Monika Roś-Gruszczyk

She is responsible for creating the company’s policy and operational activities, relations with clients, and the development of sales teams.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University, for several years in the ICT industry. For the first few years, she has been building and developing direct and indirect sales structures in GTS (now T-Mobile). Since 2012, in the 3S Group, where she initially supported the sales department of services for operators, and then, in 2013, she took the position of Commercial Director at 3S Data Center S.A. Since 2017 in the company’s Management Board.

She spends her free time caring for garden plants and traveling. She is an admirer of good literature and old age fairs.
