Jimmy Zhanfei Jiang is a seasoned professional in customer support and technical service within the dental technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at 3Shape since March 2019. Previous roles include Senior Customer Support Manager for Greater China and Relationship Manager, focusing on facilitating effective interactions between resellers and support teams. Prior to 3Shape, Jimmy worked at UnionTech 3D from October 2016 to February 2019 as an Application & Service Manager, overseeing customer service for digital dentistry products in North America, and as Customer Service Support Manager, where the establishment of a global application and customer service team for the dental business unit took place.
