Janina Berkhahn

Janina Berkhahn has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Janina currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at 3spin Learning since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR-Manager at Rischkau Sand- Und Fuhrbetrieb GmbH from September 2020 to March 2022. Janina also has experience at Buxtehuder Umwelt Und Recycling GmbH, where they served as a "Projekte Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung" from August 2016 to August 2020, and as a "Kaufmännische Angestellte" from March 2010 to August 2016. Additionally, they have a brief experience as a Praktikantin at FEEDBACKPEOPLE Managementberatung GmbH from April 2019 to June 2019.

Janina Berkhahn completed their education from 2014 to 2020 at Fachhochschule Osnabrück, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a GOODplace Certified Feelgood Managerin in July 2022 from GOODplace.
