George Jebran has over 10 years of experience in the aviation and data science industries. In 2009, they began their career as an Aviation Safety Inspector at the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority. George then became a Global X-Change Volunteer for the British Council in the same year. In 2011, they were granted a Fulbright Scholarship and became a Graduate Research Student at Purdue University. That same year, they also worked as an Engineering, Planning, Production and Maintenance Trainee at Syrian Arab Airlines. From 2013 to 2020, George worked for American Airlines as a Data Science | Sr. Product Owner, Operations Research | Product Owner, Joint Business Pricing Strategy Analyst- International Revenue Management, and Team Lead - International Revenue Management. George also worked as a Pricing Analyst - Revenue Management. In 2020, George began their current role as Head of Data Science | Technical Product Management at 3Victors. In this role, they contribute to the thought and strategic leadership at 3Victors and leads the data science efforts. George also contributes to the product development and management efforts.
George Jebran has a diverse educational background. George received a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Aleppo University between 2003 and 2008. George then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Aviation & Aerospace Management from Purdue University between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including DevOps for Data Scientists from LinkedIn in July 2020, Design Thinking: Data Intelligence from LinkedIn in June 2020, and Applied Machine Learning in Python from Coursera in October 2019.
