Jeffrey Anthony Sinacori

Jeffrey Anthony Sinacori has extensive experience in the lottery and retail industries, currently serving as President and Senior Vice President at 3WIN CORP since January 2018, where the company acts as a certified distributor of CCELL hardware for cannabis extraction facilities. Previously, from October 2007 to January 2019, Sinacori held the position of Vice President of Retail Development at Scientific Games, focusing on retail consulting for lotteries globally, including over 17 years with the New York State lottery. Prior experience includes serving as President of Lottery Consulting Corp from January 2004 to October 2007, where Sinacori consulted with lottery directors on revenue growth strategies, and as President of The Lucky Lottery Store from July 1987 to July 2004, operating the most successful lottery retail location in New York State. Sinacori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from SUNY New Paltz between 1984 and 1987.
