Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith has a diverse work experience in operations, management, and sales.

From 2023, Jamie has been working as the General Manager of Operations at Nolah, a sleep technology company that offers mattresses in a box. Prior to this role, from 2020 to 2023, Jamie served as the General Manager of Operations and E-Commerce at Nolah Sleep, where they focused on improving the sleep and mattress shopping experience.

Before joining Nolah, Jamie worked at IWG plc as the Area Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2020. In this role, Jamie hired and developed team leaders, exceeded company targets, and implemented training programs to ensure operational excellence across 90 locations.

From 2005 to 2019, Jamie held various roles at Regus, including Area Sales Manager and Area Director. As an Area Sales Manager, Jamie was responsible for the profitability and growth of a multi-location market and provided operational support. As an Area Director, Jamie directed sales and operations at multiple locations, achieving recognition as the Area Director of the Year for the Americas in 2006 and the top-performing Area Director of the Americas in 2014.

Jamie Smith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Become an HR Business Partner" from LinkedIn in August 2020 and "Sales Foundations" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
