Zachary Gentry

Director of Customer Experience at 3Z Brands

Zachary Gentry has extensive experience in customer experience and management roles. Zachary started their career as an intern at 107.5 The River, where they gained experience in content editing and promotions. Zachary then worked as a Sales Associate at Jack Spade and Senior Sales Consultant at Kurt Geiger. In 2014, they joined Digital Branding LLC as a Content and Support Specialist. Afterwards, they worked as a Street Team Member at Cumulus Media and a Keyholder at Theory. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Regional Retail Manager at Away. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Experience at 3Z Brands. More recently, they joined Helix, where they served as a CX Team Lead, Customer Experience and Showroom Manager, Senior Manager of Customer Experience, and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience.

Zachary Gentry attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Broadcast Journalism.
