Jake Worcester's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Jake started their career at Accenture as an Analyst in 2001 and worked there until 2003. After that, they joined Agriculture Future of America as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Executive Director of the Kansas FFA Foundation. Jake then transitioned to the Kansas State University Foundation as the Director of Development from 2005 to 2007. Jake Worcester then worked at Peak Solutions as the Vice President from 2007 to 2013. Following this, they joined the Kansas Department of Agriculture as an Assistant Secretary from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2023, they served as the President/CEO of the KANSAS 4-H FOUNDATION. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Development at the National 4-H Council.

Jake Worcester attended Hill City High from 1992 to 1996. Jake then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University from 1996 to 2001. In 2016, they completed a Management Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. No degree name is specified for this program.
