Jenilsa Castillo

Jenilsa Castillo, MSHRM, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Jenilsa has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in the industry. From 2018 to 2020, Jenilsa worked as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and Vice President Human Resources at 4 Media Central, LLC, Segpay, and Bill 1st, respectively. In these positions, they gained knowledge in ecommerce solutions, online payment processing, fraud mitigation, and customer support. Prior to these roles, Jenilsa worked as a Human Resources Consultant and a Talent Acquisition Manager at different companies. Jenilsa also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Garden of Life, L.L.C. Additionally, Jenilsa held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at K. Hovnanian American Mortgage, LLC. Jenilsa has also been involved in professional organizations, serving as the Membership Chair for the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County in 2013.
