Karim Ghachem

Karim Ghachem serves as Managing Director and Head of Business Development Strategy at 400 Capital Management LLC since October 2025. Previously, Karim held the position of Managing Director at Man Group from April 2021 to October 2025, overseeing Global Private Market Sales and contributing to the Responsible Investment Oversight Committee. Prior experience includes Managing Director roles at Pretium and Southpaw Asset Management LP, focusing on business development across diverse investor segments in private credit and equity real estate. Earlier, Karim was a Principal at Three G Group Limited, managing sales and investor relations, and served as Vice President at State Street, directing marketing efforts for macro and quantitative solutions. Karim holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in History and Political Science from Tufts University.
