Eric Swartzwelder

Eric Swartzwelder has extensive work experience in operations and customer service management. Eric began their career at Progressive Insurance in 2001 as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing inbound calls and implementing process improvements. In 2005, they joined Bay Area News Group as the Customer Service & Retention Manager, overseeing multiple departments and programs. Since 2017, Eric has been with 411 Locals, starting as an Assistant Manager of Operations and progressing to roles such as Assistant Vice President Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations.
