Radha Raghupathy

Radha Raghupathy has over 20 years of work experience. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operations Officer (Lead Gen) at 411 Locals since January 2022. Prior to this, from March 2021 to September 2021, Radha worked as the Director of Site Operations at Foodhub. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Director - BPM at RealPage India Pvt. Ltd. Before that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director - BPO at Cambridge Technology Enterprises (CTE). Radha also served as the Principal of Sourcing & Talent Acquisition at Azur Global from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they worked at Tyco Fire Protection as the Director - Global Service Delivery from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Manager - Offshore Operations at HD Supply from 2007 to 2010 and the BPO Manager at The Home Depot in 2007. Radha started their career as the Manager - Operations at Optimus Global Services Ltd from 2005 to 2007 and as the Managing Director at Aran Associates from 1999 to 2005.

Radha Raghupathy began their education at Shrine Vailankanni Senior Secondary School from 1986 to 1988, where they completed their School Final. Radha then enrolled at Madras University from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a B.Sc in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Radha obtained a certification in Lean Management from Six Sigma.
