Souvik Roy

Souvik Roy is a Senior Security Engineer at 42Gears Mobility Systems since July 2021 and serves as a Security Test Analyst. In addition, Souvik is the Chapter Lead for Kolkata at both The Open Security Community and the OWASP® Foundation since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as VAPT at Veave, focusing on penetration testing for web and mobile applications, and as Campus Representative Program Manager at Indian Cyber Security Solutions, where responsibilities included managing the Campus Representative Program and teaching ethical hacking and related subjects. Souvik began a career as a Junior Software Developer at PCS Global Pvt Ltd, contributing to in-house projects and teaching programming languages. Souvik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Calcutta Institute Of Engineering And Management, completed in 2020.
