Paula Ferrer Trincado

Paula Ferrer Trincado currently serves as the Head of Talent & Culture at 42Labs since October 2021. Prior to this role, Paula held various senior-level positions at Coopeuch from September 2016 to October 2021, including Jefe Desarrollo Organizacional y Formación and Jefe de Beneficios y Calidad de Vida. With a background spanning over years at Banco Santander Chile from January 2003 to August 2016, Paula gained experience in roles such as Analista Senior Gestión del Talento y Liderazgo, Analista Senior Desarrollo Organizacional, and Coordinadora de Proyectos TI. Paula has undertaken several educational programs focusing on leadership, strategic management, agile coaching, human resources management, and organizational psychology throughout their career.
