Vibeke Eriksen

Vibeke Eriksen is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Stibo DX since March 2023, Vibeke leads the HR agenda, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement within a dynamic tech environment. Previously, Vibeke held positions such as Lead HR Business Partner at Bankdata, where strategic HR initiatives were driven in alignment with business goals, and HR Business Partner at Siemens Gamesa and LEGO Group, providing expert HR support to executive leadership. Vibeke's career also includes roles in project management and strategic advisory, with a strong academic background comprising a Master’s in Strategy and Organization and a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark.
