Fábio Luís Rodrigues Pelissoni has extensive work experience in the field of application development and management. Fábio Luís Rodrigues has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career.

From 1997 to 2000, Fábio worked at Lexxa Internet as a Support & Developer using Cold Fusion technology. Their responsibilities included supporting customers in configuring internet connections and developing webpages and intranets using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Cold Fusion technology.

In 2000, Fábio joined MATERA MVAR as a Java Programmer, where they worked until 2003. Fábio Luís Rodrigues developed applications using Java and other technologies to provide solutions to manufacturing problems.

Starting in 2003, Fábio worked at Sanmina in multiple roles. Fábio Luís Rodrigues started as a Software Analyst, where they developed applications in Java and other technologies to meet customer demands. Fábio Luís Rodrigues later served as a Business System Analyst, IT Supervisor, and Application Development Manager, where they managed teams and contributed to the development and management of software applications.

Fábio began working at DeVry I Metrocamp in 2004 as a Teacher, where they taught Computer Engineering and Information System courses until 2016.

In 2017, Fábio joined 42Q as a Sr. Application Development Manager and DevOps Manager. Fábio Luís Rodrigues led a team responsible for providing solutions to manufacturing problems and improving the company's infrastructure.

At 42Q, Fábio was promoted to Director of 42Q Cloud Services in October 2021. In this role, they lead a team responsible for providing solutions to manufacturing problems, maintaining the company's infrastructure, and managing the DevOps and database administration processes.
