Dustin Slightham

Dustin Slightham has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Currently, they are working at PrimePay as the Senior Director of PrimePay.com, delivering HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Management technology to their clients, helping them manage the entire employee lifecycle. Before joining PrimePay in 2022, they worked as a Strategic Advisor and Founder/CEO at 434 Marketing, a company they founded in 2011. Dustin also founded Carrot Saver – Mobile Ap in 2011. Dustin has also worked as a Strategic Business Unit Leader at ACS, a Xerox Company, from 2009 to 2011 and as a Customer Operations Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services from 2007 to 2009.

Dustin Slightham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Liberty University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Goldman Sachs 10KSB at Babson College. In 2019, they received a Digital Marketing Analytics Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Dustin also has a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from PBMS, which they obtained in June 2008.
