Thomas Guermont

Thomas Guermont has a diverse work experience in the field of geology and project management. Thomas started their career as a Research Academic Project at Institut Polytechnique Lasalle Beauvais and later worked as an Internship - Quarry manager assistant at Lagadec. Thomas then joined Institut Polytechnique Lasalle Beauvais again for the Imperial Barrel Award Competition where their team achieved third place in the European competition.

Thomas Guermont then worked as a Junior Geoscientist at Hess Oil France, where they conducted a regional study on the Triassic potential in the Paris Basin. Thomas then joined Schlumberger as a Reservoir Geologist, responsible for carrying out multiple studies and geomodels of oil & gas fields in Europe and Africa.

Afterwards, Thomas Guermont joined MI-GSO on behalf of AIRBUS as a PMO, where they participated in various manufacturing-oriented projects for the A350 Program. Thomas was also a Geologist & Project Manager at 45-8 ENERGY, where they conducted exploration studies for helium and native hydrogen and served as a business unit manager.

Throughout their career, Thomas Guermont has demonstrated expertise in project management, geology, reservoir analysis, and geological modeling.

Thomas Guermont obtained their M.Sc degree in Geology from UniLaSalle, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
