Sheryl Kingstone has extensive work experience in various roles in the fields of customer experience, commerce, marketing, and product marketing. Sheryl began their career at CompuServe in 1992 before moving on to Praxis in 1994. Sheryl joined DataMirror in 1996 and then Blanc & Otus in 1998. In 2000, they became a Director at 451 Research, where they eventually took on the role of Vice President of Customer Experience & Commerce and General Manager of the Voice of Connected User Landscape. Sheryl'swork experience reflects a strong background in marketing, particularly in the areas of customer experience and commerce.

Sheryl Kingstone holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
