Carmel Quinn MCIPD

Carmel Quinn MCIPD has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Carmel began their career in 1998 as a PA/Marketing Assistant at SECOR Consulting Ltd. In 2001, they moved to Macmillan Cancer Support as an Information Consultancy Co-ordinator. In 2007, they joined Abbey Entertainment/Betstone Systems Ltd as an HR/Office Manager/Health & Safety. In 2008, they became an HR Manager at LudoLogic Ltd. In 2013, they joined Sitecore as UK HR and Administration Director. In 2016, they moved to Tabcorp as Director People and Culture. In 2021, they joined 47 Degrees as VP People & Culture and People Director. In their roles, they have been responsible for developing the People and Culture function, resourcing and talent planning, organisation development, and managing a workforce.

Carmel Quinn MCIPD attended The London Oratory from 1982 to 1983. In 2010, they attended BPP for a Postgraduate Human Resources Management program. Additionally, they obtained their Chartered MCIPD certification from CIPD.
