Patrizia Przybylski

Patrizia Przybylski has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Patrizia most recently worked at Spryker as the Head of People Operations, a position they began in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Team Lead People Operations at Spryker from May 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Spryker, Patrizia worked at Freeletics as the Senior Consultant People Operations from March 2021 to May 2022, and as the People Operations Manager from February 2019 to March 2021.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Ralph Lauren as an HR Business Partner for the Central and Eastern Europe region. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions across 11 stores, including recruitment, development and performance processes, and payroll support. Patrizia also played a key role in opening a new market in Poland.

Prior to Ralph Lauren, Patrizia held positions at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Wien and Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, where they gained experience as a Department Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Junior Trainee, and Intern in Employer Branding.

Patrizia Przybylski completed their education at the University of Regensburg. Patrizia obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Economics with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe from 2009 to 2012. Patrizia then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Economics with the same specialization from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in human-centered design, mindfulness, project planning and management, leadership, self-management, self-presentation, professional conversation, and mündliche Kommunikation.
