Kim Nelson is a seasoned catering sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Catering Sales Manager at 49 Square Catering since February 2015, Kim has previously held similar roles at Poplar Creek Restaurant and the Omni Hotel, where Kim advanced to the position of Senior Catering Sales Manager. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director of Sales at Cappa & Graham, Inc. and Associate Director of Catering at Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay. Kim's educational foundation includes an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by studies at Diablo Valley College.
