Kennedy Ricci serves as the President of 4AIR, a pioneering sustainability solutions provider in aviation focused on reducing environmental impacts and accelerating decarbonization. Prior to this role, Kennedy held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Flagship Social, a rebranded agency offering comprehensive social media services to high-profile clients. Additional experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Directional Aviation Capital, a Bookkeeper at Corporate Wings LLC, and Co-Owner of Benevolenza Fundraising, where Kennedy coordinated events for charitable organizations. Early career highlights include serving as Equipment Manager for the University of Notre Dame football team and interning in marketing at Vail Resorts. Kennedy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
