Ulf Jinnestrand

Ulf Jinnestrand has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Ulf started their career in the Swedish Armed Forces in 1980, serving as a Military Marine until 2011. Ulf then joined the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters in 2007, where they held roles in the Supreme Commander Staff Development Department and the Joint Forces Command. In 2003, they became the Head of Development at the Swedish Defence Wargaming Centre. Prior to that, they served as the Head of PSO Gaming Facility at SWEDINT from 1998 to 2003. Ulf also worked as an Officer at the 1st Amphibious Regiment from 1982 to 1998. Outside the military, they worked at Global Challenges Forum Foundation as a Subject Matter Expert from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at 4C Strategies, where they hold the position of Senior Consultant. Ulf is responsible for training and exercises, modeling and simulation, and C4I innovation. Ulf focuses on sales and services in the Armed Forces and FMV and is involved in business development. Ulf's most recent position was as SO 1 at the Swedish Armed Forces, which they started in June 2018.
