David Thompson

David Thompson is an experienced Engineering Manager at HIHI, currently with 4Com since August 2022, and has been with Midshire Telecom/4Com since July 2004. With over 19 years of expertise in the installation, programming, and support of a wide range of Samsung Voice Products, David is a Samsung-trained engineer. Responsibilities include providing remote, onsite, and telephone support to a large customer database in the UK and Europe, as well as managing installations of the latest SCMC with full SCC pro integration. David's foundational education was completed at The Trinity School in Leamington Spa.
